Who are Yeladim-Netivot?

Yeladim-Netivot is primarily an educational organization, and our aim is not only to deal with the usual touring and logistical aspects but to create, with the client, a tailor made educational package that will truly extend the classroom into the field. To this end we have a dynamic educational staff who has together amassed significant experience in this aspect of Jewish education. All our programmes have an educational rationale, include dynamic learning sessions and utilize the diverse talents and services of all our staff.

The organization is headed by the Director of Yeladim-Netivot Dovi Paritsky who has many years of experience in informal Jewish and Zionist education in Israel and the Diaspora. He has been bringing groups to Israel for over a decade. He is assisted by the Deputy and Educational Director, Rabbi Yitzchak Rubenstein who has many years experience in both formal and informal, education, and lately headed the South African Board of Jewish Education.

We have a growing staff of young, experienced and dynamic educators who work with the students in both formal and informal contexts.

Programme Staff

The programme will be headed by an educator who will combine a mastery of informal educational technique with a thorough knowledge of the land of Israel . He or she will be assisted by a team of madrichim who will be involved in all aspects of the programme. To this staff will be added a coordinator who will work in the background, ensuring that all the educational and logistical arrangements are in place. All our staff will be effective role models for the participants.

Security

In these complicated times, security is one of our highest priorities. The programme is subject to the guid eli nes of the situation room of the Jewish Agency Education Department, and we strictly adhere to their security standards and recommendations. We have significant experience in balancing a non compromising attitude to security with the desire to give your students a rich Israel experience

Health Arrangements

The students are fully insured for all eventualities. Health cover for preexisting conditions will have to be investigated. We have recently concluded a special arrangement with a top level first world medical practice that will attend to all the participants needs and provide a 24 hour service.
